With a rare blend of expertise in business development, real estate and home design, I bring a wealth of experience to buyers, sellers, investors and other real estate pros. After successfully operating a veterinary practice in Chicago, my interest in construction and renovation led to a transition into real estate. In 2014, husband and I began flipping homes and investing in residential real estate, a path that allowed me to combine an entrepreneurial drive with my enthusiasm for property development and design.

As a business owner and former staging manager at Dwell Home, I’ve worked closely with high-profile clients, athletes and celebrities throughout Tampa Bay. My skills were featured on an episode of HGTV's 100 Day Dream Home, where I got to showcase my ability to transform spaces to appeal to a broader range of buyers.

I’ve built a reputation as an unwavering advocate for real estate clients and a knowledgeable resource for design clients, including other realtors and sellers wanting to maximize the return on their residential properties. In order to use the title REALTOR®, a licensed real estate agent must be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribe to the standards and code of ethics of the association.

Home staging experts understand buyer psychology and are trained to use science, statistics and design fundamentals to reduce the number of days on the market and gain the highest sales price for their clients.
